As the Engineer for Sensor Design and Optimization, you will play a critical role in the development, design, and optimization of sensors used in medical devices. You will lead a team of technical staff members, guiding them through the entire product development lifecycle while ensuring that clinical trials are conducted effectively and align with regulatory requirements. Your expertise in sensor technology, coupled with strong leadership skills, will be essential in propelling our products to market while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards

**Qualifications:**

– **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or Ph.D. preferred.

– **Experience:** Minimum of 7 years of experience in sensor design and optimization for medical devices, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

– **Technical Skills:**

– Strong knowledge of sensor technologies (piezoelectric sensor will be preferred) and their applications in medical devices.

– Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools for design optimization.

– Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, ISO, IEC) and clinical trial protocols.

– Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
