Duties and Responsibilities
-To inspect, follow up and approve loans being processed for agricultural customers, and
consider the credit return from the borrowers in order to ensure they will be able to return the
credit owing;
-Determine the direction and loan policies in line with the targets to promote small, medium
and large industries;
-Prepare strategies which are included in the business budget that are relevant to credit
promotion for the short term and long term;
-Collect, analyze, and evaluate the credit needs of industrial businesses;
-Develop and improve loan product services to support the needs of target groups;
-Prepare budget plans and allocations related to projects that provide loans to agricultural
businesses;
-Be able to travel to work in different areas in order to introduce loans to the target groups as
well as collect, evaluate and select industrial business information for those who are interested
to participate in the project;
-Analyze and evaluate the risks that will affect the loan provider and manage them;
Follow up on loan usage by agricultural business owners and assess project results and
impacts;
-Support and provide marketing advice to the industrial businesses to improve the value of
products and develop their ability to be stronger in the market;
-Encourage and support agricultural processing;
-Follow up and monitor industrial businesses in relation to their effectiveness in implementing
the project;
-Support agricultural product branding, and help and market new agricultural products;
-Prepare performance reports on project implementation at regular intervals, including weekly,
monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, for submission to management.

Qualifications:
-Have a bachelor’s degree or another tertiary qualification in agriculture or a related field;
-A minimum of 5 years work experience in the agriculture sector;
-A knowledge and experience of agricultural practices, as well as an understanding of agricultural
systems, priority risks and the scale of loan services provided to different agricultural businesses;
-Be able to forecast opportunities and challenges in agriculture and develop systems to overcome
these issues;
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with communities and local
authorities;
-Be able to plan and provide agricultural information to promote livestock farming and aquatic
species that are suitable for climate change and strong demands of the market;
-Have an open mind and the know how to be able to adapt the business management to become
more relevant with the situation on the ground.

6) Be able to work in a team, and able to handle challenges in a proactive manner;
7) Have good interpersonal and leadership skills;
8) Be able to travel to other provinces and work overtime (upon request);
9) Possess an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs that relate
to project planning and management;
10) Have a high degree of fluency in English communication skills.
