General duties and objectives
Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude to create a good impression and warmth for guests.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Understand and know the types of rooms, services, prices and opening hours by providing this information to guests correctly and accurately.
2. Be careful about the room situation each day, including arranging rooms for each type of guest correctly.
3. Understand and know how to receive Group guests staying each day.
4. Check the room arrangement of guests each day and make sure that those rooms are ready for guests to stay, including
5. In the case of booking rooms by email, check all documents to see if they are complete, record the date of various amenities such as non-smoking rooms, extra beds, fruits, flowers, etc.
6. Coordinate between rounds with fellow staff regarding guests staying each day, functions and activities that occur each day.
7. Closely supervise the registration of guests, confirming the number of days of stay, price, room type, number of guests, and other details to prevent possible errors.
8. Prepare breakfast cards, registration cards, welcome drink cards, and check that the number is sufficient for the guest’s stay, and be ready before the guest arrives.
9. Cooperate with colleagues in the department, such as the reservation department, the porter department, the telephone staff and the guest relations staff. To ensure the work goes smoothly
10. Cooperate with various departments such as the housekeeping department, food and beverage department, security department, and maintenance department
11. Always maintain the cleanliness of the counter area
12. Wear the staff uniform as provided by the hotel by taking care of the cleanliness of the uniform, name tag, shoes, hairstyle, especially personal hygiene to look good at all times
13. Discuss and exchange work experiences with colleagues or solve problems that occur regularly
14. Work to the best of your ability if assigned by the supervisor, including senior executives of the company or agents
16. Check the list of guests who will stay, including details such as name, surname, date of stay-room rate, Flight Details, payment terms, and other details to see if they are correct and complete
17. In the case of group guests, check the list, number of guests with the number of reservations, including other details (according to details in section 9) to see if they are correct and complete
18. Cooperate and coordinate with various departments willingly
19. Cooperate in participating in training organized by the department or hotel to enhance work efficiency
20. Work to the best of your ability if assigned by the supervisor, including senior executives
